Abstract
A 26-year-old Phillipino lady presented with a one year history of multiple hypo- and hyperpigmented patches over the trunk and limbs with coppery-red nodules over her ear and limbs. A diagnosis of histoid lepromatous leprosy was made based on clinicopathological findings. The patient is currently treated with multidrug therapy. (Hong Kong J. Dermatol. Venereol. (2006) 14, 83-86)
