Abstract
A 77-year-old man presented with a three-month history of violaceous ulcerated nodules and plaques on his right thigh. Satellite nodules and papules were also found around the main lesion with enlarged regional lymph nodes and liver. Histopathologic and immunohistochemical studies of skin biopsy confirmed extranodal natural killer/T-cell lymphoma.
