A 11-year-old girl presented with an increasingly itchy rash over both forearms and legs for 2 weeks. The patient's mother also has a similar itchy rash over body.

On examination, there were multiple variably sized scaly erythematous annular plaques over volar surface of both forearms and thighs (Figure 1). This was the first episode. She has no other medical illness. She has recently adopted a pet cat at home.
